Founded by Kristofer Hansen CCIM, CPM.
Kristofer is the owner/broker of XB Realty located in Blaine, Washington. XB Realty was establised specifically to work with Canadian clients in the United States real estate market. Kristofer is the director of XB Development Ltd in British Columbia, which is active in multifamily and commercial development. Kristofer is also a commercial real estate appraiser with Argent Appraisals, Ltd. in Abbotsford, British Columbia.
Kristofer was born and raised in Oregon and lived in Bellingham, Washington before moving with his family to British Columbia, Canada. Before moving "North", Kristofer was with First Premier Properties, Inc. in Salem, Oregon. First Premier Properties, Inc. is a real estate property management and development company. Kristofer was involved with this company for seven years and was the operating partner when he left.
